The do’s and don’ts of external skin care:
DO’s:
- Drink plenty of water.
- Wash your face twice a day, morning and evening with a soft herbal cleanser and like warm milk or water.
- Avoid over exposure to sun,cold,saltwater,snow,wind.
- Daily do facial exercises once.
- Moisturize and nourish your skin with the proper essential oil.
- To get rid of dead cells and rejuvenate skins do any professional chemical peel once every 6 to 12 months.
Don’t’s:
- Do not use harsh soaps and detergents on the face.
- Do not use heavy night creams.
- They block pores and cause puffiness.
- Do not use harsh scrubs, chemical powders or pumice stones.
- Do not use tissues to remove make-up because wood pulp in paper is not good for skin.
- Do not use chemical make-up removers, heavy eye creams and oils. Instead use cotton dipped in plain vegetable oil to remove eye make-up.
- Do not apply any product or chemical astringents containing alcohol.
- Do not use very cold or very hot water to wash. It breaks capillaries.
- Don’t apply face make-up before sleep.
