Care your Oily skin with simple treaments

Oils produced by the body are good for health and it makes the skin to glow.
But excessive oils can make skin prone to acne and pimples.

Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water.
Eat more leafy vegetables ,fruits, carrots, sweet potato etc.
Frequently do not touch face with your hands, as additional dirt and germs will be added to your face.

For Oily Skin to Cleanse:

1. Add 1 tsp barley powder to 1 tsp lemon peel and also add half tsp dry milk. 
2. Make a paste by mixing ¼ tsp of the above mixture with warm water. 
3. Apply this paste on all over face and neck.
4. Massage gently into the skin for about one minute
5. Do not scrub. 
6. Rinse well with warm water ,not hot water.Do not dry.

Do not use any harsh soaps and detergents containing alcohols to reduce oils.If there are white heads on face then first wash face with a paste made of ¼ tsp neem powder to 1 pinch sugar and water.Then follow cleansing procedure mentioned above. 

For Oily Skin to Nourish:

1. Mix 1 oz sunflower oil to 10 drops lavender oil and add 5 drops each bergamot oil and clarisage oil.Store in a dark glass bottle.
2. Mix 2 drops of above nourishing oil with 4 drops of water. 
3. While your skin is still wet,gently massage this mixture all over the face and neck for about one minute. 

For Oily Skin to Moisturise:

1. Melt 1 oz cocoa butter in double boiler.Add 3 oz Almond oil,sunflower oil or canola oil.Remove from heat.
2. Using a dropper add 2 oz rose water or basil tea one drop at a time while stirring the mixture.
3. When it is cool,add 1 drop camphor oil to 2 drops bergamot oil and 3 drops lavender oil. 
4. Gently apply a very small amount of this moisturizing cream over the surface of face and neck. 
5. Do not massage it into the skin. 
6. Use once in the morning and evening.

You can use blotting paper and medicated pads to make your skin look fresh and to remove excess oil.

In today's market many acne facial products available.These products contain acids that removes oils from the face.
